Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Once you have completed your
program at Alpine Truck Driver Training (roughly 6 months after graduation) you will be contacted
by Forum Research Canada, which is a research company contracted by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. You will be asked to complete two surveys: the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Graduate Satisfaction Survey and the KPI Employer Satisfaction Survey.
The purpose of these surveys is to collect information on how our graduates are doing after program completion and in the working environment. The KPI Process consists of five KPIs, as issued by the Superintendent of Career Colleges under the authority of
the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
